We recently got deep cleaning done with Healthy homes and had a horrible experience. We got their contact from google and reached out to them because of good google rating of 4.9/5 from 89 reviews. They also came to inspect our home 1 day prior and explained us what all things they will clean and the time it will take.Next day they came on time. We had explained them about all the things they need to take care like glass dining table, quartz counter top and sink, wooden furniture etcThings started to go downhill from the very beginning.1. The worker directly stood on the study table which only had wall support. I could see that it was already bending due to his weight. I immediately stopped him and told all of them to not climb on any furniture without support2. They used a steel scrub to clean the kitchen quartz countertop. Luckily we noticed before any damage could be done. But cleaning being their expertise, they should be aware about such things3. Disaster struck when they cleaned white quartz washbasin countertop with Harpic. It got blue stains. Their supervisor spent a lot of time scrubbing it and then it was better. On top of that they used chemical to clean Harpic marks which damaged our new Kohler tap(cost approx. Rs10k). To remove chemical marks he rubbed it for 15-20 mins and now the tap looks like a used old tap. Refer comparison pic of normal tap and damaged tap(no shine).4. Spilled chemical on floor. Gold foil in foyer turned black due to chemical splashes. Pic attached8. To wash the floor they were just emptying buckets of soapy water. They didn't check that wooden furniture was lying around which is not water proof. I am uploading the image of our bed which was lifted up the next day and water accumulation can be seen below. Being a professional cleaning company, their workers should be trained about these things.One thing I want to appreciate that their workers were untrained but hardworking. They spent approximately 8hrs at the site. First to do the work then to rectify their blundersAfter complaining all these things, we were assured on phone that their manager will visit the site the next day to take a toll of the situation. But this never happened and no one came. Following that our calls also did not get any response.Their service cost was Rs. 7k but ended up damaging things way higher than thatI have written this review in so much detail with pictures so that others can make a decision based on what to expect.
